Design per Space

  • 40-50 hours per space, flat fee per space

    3 months for Design

    6 months for Design Implementation

    • Furniture, Finishes, and Plumbing/Lighting Selections

    • Budget Creation + Management

    • Construction Documents

    • 3D Rendering per space

    • Procurement and Logistics Management

Project Management

  • *Required for full-service projects, in conjunction with Design per Space.

    Sold in 20 hour packages, 20 hours per room recommended.

    • Contractor and vendor management

    • Physical Site and Construction site visits

    • Delivery Management + Bi-Weekly Updates

    • Construction problem solutions

    • Installation and Styling

    • Punch List Walk-through and management

Consulting

  • On a per hour basis, TBD at your consultation.

    • This is good for projects that require a refresh but not much construction. Finishing touches, and bits and pieces through the house.

    • Prioritize what is needed for the project

    • Pick and choose from the standard deliverables

    • Customize hourly needs via a design proposal

    • Help with decisions for a couple of hours or advice/guidance on selections.
